The most important research leadership activity: how to integrate newcomers in the common ambition?

Speaker: Søren Barlebo Rasmussen, managing partner in Mobilize Strategy Consulting

Content: In this lecture Søren Barlebo will share his experiences on how to integrate newcomers in a research group/environment and why it is of utmost strategic importance to do so. Integration into the common ambition is necessary to be highly motivated in the long run. Integration should also be seen as a process that runs through phases with different characteristics.

Søren Barlebo Rasmussen has more than 20 years of experience regarding research leadership. As a researcher his topic was research and university leadership. He har been a research leader himself: leading a research group and as head of department and dean at CBS. The last 15 years he has been a consultant helping a lot of Danish and international research organizations.

Time and date: Thursday 7 November, 2019, 15:00-17:00.
